The Chicago Police Department is apparently-refusing to demonstrate leadership or accountability in the matter pertaining to my State of Illinois I.D. Card that was illegally-confiscated on March1, 2012 as I was informed via CPD Officer Murphy at the Chicago Police Department’s 22^nd District this past Tuesday, May 8, 2011 at appx. 1:00p (CT) that the Chicago Police Department does indeed have possession of my State of Illinois ID Card which was obtained during a December 2008 visit to the State of Illinois Attorney General’s Office located at the State of Illinois building in Downtown Chicago.  Same visit to the State of Illinois Attorney General took place ‘after’ the sensational, early-morning December 2008 arrest of Rod Blagojevich.

Re-obtaining my State of Illinois ID Card is not an inconsequential matter as same State of Illinois I.D. Card was illegally-confiscated on March 1, 2012 upon re-visiting the Trump Chicago Plaza elevator that I took on October 27, 2011, nor are same efforts futile as I was informed via CPD Officer Murphy at the Chicago Police Department’s 22^nd District this past Tuesday, May 8, 2011 at appx. 1:00p (CT) that the Chicago Police Department does indeed have possession of my State of Illinois ID.

On Friday April 6, 2012, the Chicago Police Department’s 18th District instructed me to pick-up my State I.D. Card at the Homan Square Facility.  I was neither informed, or provided with an inventory number required to re-obtain my illegally-confiscated State of Illinois I.D. Card.

At appx. 4:52p (CT) this afternoon I contacted the Office of the Superintendent at 312.745.6100 as I was provided same telephone number via a white index card from CPD Sgt. Ward this past Friday.

I had a brief conversation with an Officer Walton (phonetic spelling) as I did not verify spelling of same Officer’s name. 

Upon identifying myself to Officer Walton, I, in turn, asked the Officer to identify himself.

May 14, 2012 (4:46p CT): Iron Mike Report.

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, USA.

At appx. 1:25p (CT) this afternoon as I was trucking-it Northbound on Western Avenue near 18th Street, a CPD Officer asked me a brief question.  As a polite response, I responded, “It’s easier and quicker,” although, not preferred – as I still haven’t received a response from the Office of the Chicago Police Superintendent pertaining to my State of Illinois I.D. that was illegally-confiscated on March 1, 2012.

I went downtown this past Friday – May 11th as, among other compelling reasons – I now want my State of Illinois ID Card that was issued in December 2008 as, among other compelling reasons – I paid for it; as well as obtained same ID Card while visiting the State of Illinois Attorney General’s Office in Downtown Chicago.

Subsequent to this past Friday afternoon’s visit to Chicago Police Headquarters, I headed up 35^th Street toward Sox Park and then Southbound on Wentworth Avenue as I decided to spend the balance of Friday evening taking care of a personal matter.  As I passed 3770 South Wentworth at appx. 5:27p (CT) – the lack of either a City of Chicago or State of Illinois flag was unmistakable.

I also briefly recalled the meeting I attended at same address during Q42007.

In any event, I ended-up making the trek toward Rush University Hospital located within the Illinois Medical District.  I ultimately arrived at Rush University Hospital at appx. 7:15p (CT) and had a brief conversation with Brandon in Admissions.

I exited Rush University Hospital at appx. 7:25p (CT) and headed West on Harrison Street toward the Blue Line.  As I turned right on Ogden, I saw the Emergency Room that Chris Kelly of Team Rezko fame visited on September 12, 2009 as I provided commentary related to Team Rezko via Breitbart.tv several months ago.  On this note, I would not be visiting John Stroger Hospital.

I boarded the Blue Line at appx. 7:40p (CT) and exited Blue Line at the Monroe Street Stop and headed Eastbound toward the Green Line to make the trip to Cook County’s Provident Hospital located at 550 East 51st Street – the doorstep of Washington Park and Hyde Park.

As I made my way up the stairs to the CTA platform to catch the Green Line to Provident Hospital – the symptoms I noticed earlier were still evident, but not life threatening.   Nonetheless, given same symptoms – visiting a hospital to get checked-out made sense.  While I stood on the platform I relaxed while I waited for Green Line train and focused-upon family, symptoms, business and February 23, 2009.  In addition, I briefly recalled my visit on November 11, 2011 to an event at the Art Institute of Chicago as I looked East down Adams toward the Art Institute of Chicago.

I was relaxed and focused as I continued to stand while relaxing on the platform as I waited for the Green Line Train as, like most people, I don’t particularly-care for hospitals.

While relaxed, focused and waiting for the train, some black guy shoves me from behind – which was bizarre as rush hour was clearly-over and, same party that shoved me was clearly being hostile, disrespectful and a stooge.  Based upon my earlier Friday afternoon visits to both Chicago Police Headquarters and the Evidence and Recovered Property Division at 1011 South Homan, it briefly-crossed my mind that same shove was related to Mumbo Jumbo I observed earlier in the day.  Same black guy was either eccentric or gay – so I simply ignored his antics for obvious reasons until he boarded the same Train that I boarded and continued his Mumbo Jumbo.

I exited the train and proceeded to procure the assistance of a CTA employee.  Upon procuring same assistance, the black guy was gone.  I gave same CTA employee my email address and boarded the next Green Line Train toward Provident Hospital, and continued to both relax and focus.

Upon exiting Green Line at the 51st Street exit, I briefly-informed a Chicago Police Officer  of same platform incident that was parked on 51st Street – East of CTA Station as I was heading a few blocks East toward Provident Hospital.

Upon arriving at Provident Hospital, same Chicago Police Officer pulled-up and we had a brief conversation as I informed the Chicago Police Officer of the circumstances.

Upon briefly waiting in-line at the Provident Hospital Emergency Room, I provided Emergency Room staff with my updated contact information as well as a brief description of symptoms.  I was then provided a wrist band and directed to the waiting area – in which I witnessed some additional Mumbo Jumbo near the water fountain.  Nonetheless, I grabbed a seat and waited for my name to be called.

Upon name being called, I visited with an additional Emergency Room staff whom took my blood pressure and weighed me as well as for verification of symptoms.  Same staff member then directed me to the staff member I met with earlier.

Upon being informed of Cook County Hospital System protocol, I exited the Emergency Room and headed toward the CTA Red Line to return to the Southwest Side to get a good night of sleep and obtain a Mother’s Day Gift for my estranged wife and our mom.

On Saturday morning, I had a cup of coffee and made my way toward Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.  Upon arriving at entrance to Holy Sepulcher Cemetery – I made a brief stop at the Landscaping Center located directly across the street from Holy Sepulcher Cemetery to inquire about part-time employment without a State of Illinois I.D. Card.

Subsequent to same inquiry, I headed across the street and entered the Holy Sepulcher Cemetery Office where I obtained information related to Iron Mike’s resting place at Holy Sepulcher – among other family members.

After an unsuccessful attempt to locate burial sites for my grandparents, I tracked-down the assistance of a Cemetery worker – who was very helpful and courteous.

Ultimately, we found the apparent resting place for Iron Mike.  I am very measured in using the operative word – apparent - as there were a few moments of Mumbo Jumbo upon entering the Holy Sepulcher Cemetery Office.  In addition, there appear to be a couple different discrepancies related to Iron Mike’s age (i.e., 85).

Nonetheless, Iron Mike appears to have been buried at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery on June 25, 1956.

As an aside, my birthday is June 25.

Upon exiting Holy Sepulcher Cemetery and heading East to pick-up a Mother’s Day gift for my estranged wife – it definitely occurred to me that Iron Mike Hughes would never tolerate the circumstances I have been observing and reporting-upon in recent years – including, but not limited to the following:

• Family members being threatened and harassed.

A helpful, gracious and kind lady informed me that she would get Mother’s Day gift to my estranged wife.

As of 4:45p (CT) this afternoon – Monday, May 14, 2012, I still have not received a return phone call from the Office of the Police Superintendent.

May 13, 2012 (9:50p CT): Mother’s Day Report:  Where is my State of Illinois I.D. Card?  What’s up with the Mumbo Jumbo?  Iron Mike.

Happy Mother’s Day to all mom’s.

I went downtown this past Friday – May 11th as, among other compelling reasons – I need my State of Illinois ID Card for any type of on-the-spot employment opportunities.  I also planned-on stopping-by a contractor with who I filled-out an application a few weeks ago.  Ultimately, I headed East on Cermak toward McCormick Place.

The moment I saw a construction crane in progress near the Hyatt as well as spotted a familiar, but unfriendly-face – it reminded me that obtaining my State of Illinois I.D Card from the Chicago Police Department was The Number 1 Priority for the day – ahead of all other priorities that I had already written-down the on Thursday evening.  Given the urgency, I started trucking-it toward the Red Line at Cermak and ultimately made it to the Blue Line where I exited at the Blue Line at the Kedzie/Homan Blue Line stop.  Thankfully, I was wearing a Marines baseball cap as I continued trucking-it Southbound on Homan Avenue on the City’s West Side.  Ultimately, I arrived at the Chicago Police Department’s Organized Crime division a few minutes before 3p (CT) to pick-up my State of Illinois I.D. Card.

Upon arriving at 1011 South Homan, I entered the Evidence and Recovered Property division.  Sgt. Hauser of the Englewood District attempted to help me address matters at the Homan Square facility – which, to a great extent – Sgt. Hauser was helpful especially upon my politely-pressing-the matter related to re-obtaining same State of Illinois I.D. Card that was illegally-confiscated via Trump Chicago Security on March 1, 2012.

While Sgt. Hauser was helpful, the Mumbo-Jumbo I observed definitely prepared me for my re-visit to Chicago Police Headquarters as I briefly visited same headquarters the evening of Friday, April 20^th subsequent to a very brief visit to De La Salle High School where an event was being hosted for both the Chicago Police Department and the Chicago Fire Department.  As a brief aside, Merriam Webster’s dictionary defines Mumbo-Jumbo as the following: “complicated activity or language usually intended to obscure and confuse.”

The entire visit this past Friday to the Homan Square Facility was very informative as evidently select-personnel of the Chicago Police Department’s 18^th District, 22^nd District and Chicago Police Headquarters are also well-versed in same Mumbo-Jumbo rituals related to a very simple question:

Where is my State of Illinois I.D. Card?

I also witnessed same Mumbo Jumbo with Officer Murphy at the Chicago Police Department’s 22^nd District this past Tuesday, May 8, 2011 at appx. 1:00p (CT).

In fact, select personnel of the Chicago Police Department are not the only occasions I have observed same Mumbo Jumbo.  A separate, recent example of Mumbo Jumbo I observed was during a recent road trip to the State of Iowa during December 2011.

It was weird…as in voodoo weird.

In fact, the notes I took during the return trip from Iowa City to Chicago are incredible as same visit to Iowa was very insightful and helpful as same Mumbo Jumbo behavior has often times ranged from passive-aggressive to downright-hostile.

A couple final examples of Mumbo Jumbo I observed was at a wedding reception in Northern Indiana the same evening our University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish lost to the University of South Florida.  The weather that accompanied same Mumbo Jumbo was unmistakable as was same hostile behavior I observed.  In fact, I observed similar Mumbo Jumbo on two other separate occasions including this past October and February, respectively.

In any event, based-upon the Mumbo Jumbo I witnessed while Sgt. Hauser was working the phone(s) at the Homan Square Facility, I politely informed Sgt. Hauser that this matter is indeed escalating based-upon Mumbo Jumbo I was politely-observing as well as the several Mumbo Jumbo moments I observed while Downtown on October 27, 2011 – including, but not limited to the couple I purchased sandwiches for at the McDonald’s located between Trump Tower Chicago and the Wrigley Building.

Based upon the limited assistance Sgt. Hauser received via phone call with the Chicago Police Department’s 18^th District, Sgt. Hauser also appeared to agree that matter was escalating as Sgt. Hauser politely informed me, “to ask for McCarthy on the 5^th floor,”  upon visiting the Chicago Police Department headquarters.

At this point, I trucked-back to the Blue Line, transferred to the Red Line and ultimately arrived at Chicago Police Headquarters at 35th & Michigan at appx. 4:35p (CT) upon being subjected to additional mumbo-jumbo.

As I arrived at Chicago Police Headquarters at 35^th & Michigan – near Sox Park and De La Salle – I was both aware and very measured – especially relating to Sgt. Hauser’s direction “to ask for McCarthy on the 5^th floor.”  It was appx. 4:35p (CT) when I was greeted at the Information Desk by Sgt. Ward.

Once again, I observed further Mumbo Jumbo while at Chicago Police Headquarters.  Nonetheless, I remained focused, measured and very firm while continuing to re-obtain the State of Illinois I.D. Card due to the fact that same State I.D. Card – which was obtained during a December 2008 visit to the State of Illinois Attorney General’s Office located at the State of Illinois building in Downtown Chicago.  Same visit to the State of Illinois Attorney General took place ‘after’ the sensational, early-morning December 2008 arrest of Rod Blagojevich.

While I awaited a response related to Sgt. Hauser’s direction related to McCarthy on the 5^th floor, I grabbed a drink of water near the photographs of former Chicago Police Chiefs – including my great uncle – former Chicago Police Chief and Christ The King parishioner – Iron Mike Hughes.

Ultimately, Sgt. Ward – after subjecting me to additional Mumbo Jumbo – instructed me to inquire with the State of Illinois as well as the Secretary of State’s Office related to my State of Illinois I.D. Card that was illegally-confiscated on March 1, 2012.

In addition to Mumbo Jumbo Sgt. Ward appeared to be attempting to subject me to the same ‘run-around’ that the 18^th District subjected me to.  Aside from Sgt. Ward’s ‘run-around’ suggestion as well as the obstructions, to date, in the 18^th District – why would I contact the Secretary of State of Illinois (Cub Fan) ‘or’ the State of Illinois (Rezko-Blago-Cub Fan holdovers – in addition to a hostile Fenwick alum).

At this point, it was appx. 5p (CT) on Friday – I requested that Sgt. Ward provide me the number to the Office of the Superintendent – to her credit – she accommodated my request.  I stepped-away from the Information Desk – and dialed same number and left a message with an Officer who informed me that he would provide the message to the Office of the Superintendent.

As of this Mother’s Day evening – I haven’t received a return phone call – from the Office of the Superintendent.

Subsequent to my Friday afternoon visit to Chicago Police Headquarters, I headed up 35^th Street toward Sox Park.

I will report-upon some other unfortunate and illuminating incidents including an clown that shoved me on an elevated train platform as I was en route to the Emergency Room.  I will also report-upon this past Saturday’s experience visiting the cemetery as well as Iron Mike’s resting place.

Lastly, I spent this past Thursday evening surveying select corridors near Most Holy Redeemer and Baracco’s Pizza where an armed robbery took place in late 2009.  While I was surprised to see our Chicago Police Department surveying Barraco’s at appx. 1:35a (CT, May 11, 2012), I am still in pursuit of my State of Illinois I.D. card as well as matters related to following:

Earlier this morning – Thursday, May 10, 2012 – while evaluating the Solutions Implementation List and priorities for today – I had a separate recall moment of incredible importance – especially as it relates to the October 27, 2011 homicide/assassination of 14-year old Kelli O’Laughlin – who evidently would have turned 15 last month.

At least a couple of times yesterday afternoon while walking thru Christ The King and The Dan Ryan Woods Forest Preserve, I recall questioning the “lack-of-logic-or-respect” involved with the actions of several parties who have participated in the development of the Evergreen Country Club as they’re essentially the same parties involved with the 626 West Jackson matter (http://tinyurl.com/sept-10-2007-suntimes) – Sterling Bay, Pritzker Realty Group, et al.

It appears same parties definitely went thru my public files located at The Richard J. Daley Center as same files are not under seal.  Review of same divorce files prepared by attorneys residing in Evergreen Park and Oak Lawn, Illinois would presumably mention the “interest” I expressed in Evergreen Country Club – among other matters – during 2002.  As an aside, both Evergreen Park and Oak Lawn are located within Cook County’s 5^th District Court System.

In a nutshell, the separate recall moment I experienced earlier this morning was based almost exclusively-upon the “braces” Kelli O’Laughlin is wearing in the following photo:

At approximately 10:30a (CT) earlier this morning – May 10, 2012, I visited an orthodontist office related to information that I personally-provided to same orthodontist on November 5, 2010.   I verified with one of the orthodontist’s assistants named – Angel - that November 5, 2010 was indeed the date that I visited same orthodontist office to begin the process of getting braces for my daughter.

As I exited the orthodontist’s office on November 5, 2010, there was a marked, Oak Lawn Police Department squad car with a police officer in the back of the orthodontist’s discreet office that looked very, very conspicuous.  I was wearing business casual attire when I saw the very, very conspicuous Oak Lawn Police Department Squad Car.

On March 18, 2011 – I forwarded along an email to my estranged wife related to getting our daughter-in to see same orthodontist for an appointment.

As an aside, on our daughter’s birthday – February 23, 2009 – I was walking Eastbound on 95th Street wearing business casual attire – brown khakis pants and a white dress-shirt – both from Brooks Brothers – carrying a black book titled Maverick Real Estate Financing: The Art of Raising Capital and Owning Properties.  Point being – I hardly looked suspicious (let alone threatening) walking home toward Chicago.  Nonetheless, I am still trying to defend myself in court related to a mob action, false arrest and torture I was subjected to while handcuffed for several minutes.

Given the following circumstances involved with:

• The above mob action, false-arrest and torture that I was subjected to on February 23, 2009 as well as the circumstances involved with the 5^th District Courthouse;

• The continued circumstances surrounding 626 West Jackson in 2007, 2008 and 2009 with Sterling Bay surrounding 626 West Jackson circumstances (Pay-to-Play Steering, Google scrubbing mention of same 626 West Jackson deal).

• Total suspension of my civil liberties via Peter A. Felice – same 5^th District employee formerly involved with Kelli O’Laughlin/John L. Wilson case.

• The circumstances I was subjected to at Christ Hospital upon confronting my younger brother while he returned from evening of binge drinking the morning of Thanksgiving 2009.

• This past Tuesday afternoon’s confirmation via Cook County Forest Preserve District Officer Schmid’s confirmation of the authenticity of a prankster-posting at The Dan Ryan Wood’s this past Saturday evening via an unauthorized-posting on 91^st Street.

• The “continued-hazing/storylines” via Hollywood Pravda Mafia has been purporting related to the following movies and Rahm Pravda Media Moment:

i.)                  The Informant’s Whistleblower storyline starring Matt Damon.

ii.)                 The Hereafter storyline incorporating a “sad-eyed psychic” storyline.

• The circumstances surrounding an event I attended at The Art Institute of Chicago on November 11, 2011.  Same institute included serious-optics among other circumstances outside the Art Institute.

• The torture of one of my sisters on October 26, 2005 – the evening our Chicago White Sox won the World Series.

• The sincere look of disappointment on my estranged wife’s face during a couple of 4th of July parades I marched-in during 2011 and 2010.

• The sincere excitement our 12-year old daughter demonstrates every-time she sees me.

• The bitterness and anger my estranged father-in-law demonstrated in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

• The circumstances I was subjected to on October 27, 2011 while in Downtown Chicago.

• There have been incredibly serious infringements upon my rights as a dad, a husband, a brother and a son including ridiculous actions and other behavior I’ve witnessed in Cook County Courts and Federal Court impacting me, my estranged-wife, our daughter and friends and family.

• The several actors involved with the circumstances lack-of-logic-or-respect involving 626 West Jackson.

• The actions of Sterling Bay & Company related to Evergreen Country Club.

It’s abundantly apparent that me and my family – immediate and extended – as well as friends (and possibly colleagues) have been am on the receiving-end of some ridiculous and totally-unacceptable actions in recent years.

The tipping-point, however, is without-a-doubt the October 27, 2011 homicide of Kelli O’Laughlin that I am beyond-illuminated in writing about as same Kelli O’Laughlin homicide is 110% Mob Action – especially in light of the “braces optics” being used which, again, I in turn verified via Angel earlier this morning – an assistant at same orthodontist office – that November 5, 2010 was indeed the date that I visited same orthodontist office to begin the process of getting braces for my daughter.

Kelli O’Laughlin looks like the Map of Ireland and given the circumstances surrounding her death – I am beyond illuminated as a dad with an estranged wife – and, especially after what happened to my younger sister – Nuala – the evening the White Sox won the World Series.

Yesterday, May 9, 2012 was a good day.  Upon awaking appx. 5a (CT), I brushed my teeth and grabbed an oatmeal bar before heading-out-the door to attend a court hearing in Markham, Illinois related to preparing for my upcoming trial as well as a pending matter at 219 South Dearborn.

The 6th District Judge overseeing the case has been both diligent and respectful as has the Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney assigned to the courtroom – especially given the circumstances.  All told, its been a remarkably different experience from handling same case in Cook County’s 5th District Courtroom with Peter A. Felice and Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney Timothy McGillicuddy – whom, according to the IARDC.org website – is now practicing law in The Republic of Palau.  As an aside, McGillicuddy – a Fenwick alum – was an obstruction during the 2009/2010 time period that I was attempting to defend myself in Bridgeview, Illinois as McGillicuddy made several representations related to the destruction of important evidence.

I will comment on the appx. 9-mile trek to Markham, Illinois as well as the return trek to Chicago as I operated yesterday morning on appx. 4-hours sleep and a limited diet of water and an oatmeal bar.  Same limited diet and limited resources may have impacted my initial response to the 6th District Judge.

After taking an alternate, 12-mile return route I spent some time making additional observations related to NuclearChicago’s ongoing coverage of the ongoing work at 9100 South Western Avenue.  All-told, I walked several miles yesterday.  Aside from a minor-blister – I felt pretty good.

Upon briefly-returning to SXU late last night, it was good to see parents and kids at various baseball games and practices at Beverly Park.

As I returned to SXU, I took some notes and prepared a brief list – among them: “Stay positive.  Stay optimistic.  Results.  Easy on walking given today’s mileage.”

Special Report: October 27, 2011: Part V: Accounting Mob Actions.

Upon arriving at home earlier this afternoon, I informed my younger brother that I wanted to speak with him in the kitchen as I informed him earlier this morning that we should discuss some matters in order to verify whether my younger brother was displaying ignorance, tolerance or apparent-disloyalty related to a variety of matters.

While my younger brother followed my instruction to please take a seat in the kitchen, our mom was directly behind him – irrespective of the fact that I had to ask her at least twice to please me allow me to speak with my younger brother in our kitchen – without her being present in the kitchen.

I asked my younger brother some very basic questions related to a variety of matters – including sensitive personal matters, in addition to business matters (2007-thru-Summer 2011).  One of the most disturbing responses my brother provided is related to a beating he was subjected to on our parkway the weekend of Lollapalooza 2011 while I was informed via a neighbor that our youngest sister (Marist Class of 2007) and our youngest sister’s boyfriend sat by and watched for several minutes as our youngest brother evidently received such a terrible beating via a larger, African American male that an ambulance was required to take our brother to a local hospital.

May 8, 2012 (11:08a CT) UPDATE

Upon emailing correspondence yesterday evening at 9:34p (CT), I returned home to resolve matters with my younger brother – and possibly have dinner as well as go to sleep.

Based upon my younger brother’s reaction(s) while I attempted to confirm and verify a few important matters via some basic questions.  My attempts to confirm and verify were very measured as same matters are very important.

My younger brother ultimately left the kitchen to exit out the back door – he knew damn well what he was doing via exiting the kitchen, although, it doesn’t appear my younger brother was as confident while he was trying to address matters in Wisconsin.

Upon separating from my estranged wife, I dated a couple of girls for a brief period of time.  One of which was a stooge from the Southside, and the other a stooge from the Northern Suburbs.  Other parties were clearly aware of same.

I was not aware of same as I had serious drugs forced into my body in July 2002 without my permission or consent.  Thankfully, I haven’t taken a medication since December 2007 as I was never on a medication in my entire life until mob action I was subjected to in July 2002.

My memory recall appears to have been strengthening in recent months.  I attribute same to a variety of factors.

With respect to last night, I visited the parking lot of the 7-11 near 103rd & Western Avenue at appx. 10:10p (CT).  I had a brief conversation with Officers of the Chicago Police Department.  As an aside, I briefly visited same 7-11 during the early-morning hours of February 24, 2009.

Subsequent to brief conversation, I continued my return home.  At appx. 10:25p (CT) – I had a brief conversation with a gentlemen exiting his car as I was crossing the street.  It was somewhat enlightening.

As I was nearing our family home I received a text message from my younger brother.  I went to front door – it was locked.  I did not proceed to knock. In turn, I headed directly into our backyard and then walked down Longwood Drive past Saint Barnabas and ultimately arrived at the 22nd District of the Chicago Police Department.

Upon arrival there was a marked, Chicago Police Department squad car parked on sidewalk – irrespective of ample street parking on 111th Street and nearby.  Whether intended or not, same marked squad car parked on sidewalk was noticeable and appeared to reinforce recent, past experiences with the 22nd District and the 18th District as well as past experience(s) with the Evergreen Park Police Department.  The conversation that took place was very brief, disappointing, but not surprising as car parked on sidewalk reinforced same.

Thankfully, there was a candid, respectful Officer from a separate jurisdiction that I had brief conversation with – in advance of entering 22nd District and subsequent to the disappointing experience at the 22nd District.

At approximately 11:10p (CT), I proceeded Northbound on Longwood Drive.  Upon walking Northbound on Longwood Drive – the Fog was incredible.  Visibility was incredibly limited and remained same upon returning to the apartment of a Crafty Beaver alum.

Same fellow-alum has been very helpful in recent years.

I will be visiting the 22nd District shortly as there is no doubt whatsoever that Kelli O’Lauglin’s homicide/assassination is Mob related.

I will continue solutions implementation as I am neither a weather pundit, storm-tracker or mischief-maker.

With respect to solutions related to mob action – it has been both my personal and professional experience that one must effectively-defend against the Mob and corresponding mob action in Court with an effective, ethical attorney that does not have conflicts.

The following is an Accounting of Mob Actions as last night at approximately 10:20p (CT) – I witnessed continued bs related to Evergreen Park and Christ The King.  Same bs is clearly-escalating and its clearly-geared toward seriously-destroying the “geographical-ecosystem” of Southside Irish Catholics – in the City of Chicago and elsewhere.

We are going to start with the most-obvious as tracking same high school prank I witnessed Saturday evening – while-pressing – will be handled via the appropriate jurisdiction – not in this evening’s report:

• During Winter 1992, our family was thankfully assisted by several, evidently well-respected members of law enforcement as our family was in the midst of challenging circumstances upon pointing-out an obvious observation to a family-member.

• Without digressing into an abundant amount of detail, same assistance was required due to a circumstance that was being exacerbated via two (2) natives of Oak Lawn, Illinois as well as via other members of various State and County law enforcement – including the Sheriff of Cook County – which, in turn, further reinforces a fact-pattern of documented, mob action that I was subjected to during my undergraduate years at The University of Iowa – an otherwise great school.

• There are several other instances of Mob Action our friends and family have been subjected to – including the following matter that took place December 16, 2009.

On Sunday afternoon, I had an opportunity to perform further research related to Mob Action our family and our friends have been subjected to – and I am actively taking steps to address same Mob Action and defend against the mess and the Mob Actions being supported via the Illinois Combine.

§  At appx. 1:00a (CT) on May 28, 2012, at least three (3) high school graduates evidently pulled-up near the back yard entrance of my estranged father-in-law’s home.  Same high school graduates clearly-startled my wife and our daughter as they were hauling-out an Igloo Marine cooler.  Given the circumstances, a police report/charges were submitted, on the scene, to the corresponding police department.  To my surprise, I was informed a few days later that a 5th District Cook County State’s Attorney employee helped quash same charges.  In fact, there is a strong likelihood that same high school graduates never stepped inside a 5th District courtroom for same incident.

At the time, I was not aware of the broader-circumstances influencing same matter – as absent our being awoke – an Igloo Marine Cooler and its contents are clearly replaceable.  In fact, I clearly-realized same at the time, however, given the both the scope and the severity of broader-circumstances involving U.S. Equities, and based-upon several experiences at Netgov – pressing charges against same high school graduates – especially, in light of other circumstances involving attorneys located at 3318 West 95th Street in Evergreen Park, Illinois – is and was abundantly-appropriate for several, corresponding fact-based matters.

§  Mob actions I have been subjected to while employed at Netgov and post-Netgov.

§  July 16, 2002 mob action I was subjected to in Palos Park, Illinois and at Palos Community Hospital involving natives of the Village of Oak Lawn and Ireland, respectively.

§  March 2003 mob actions that took place the evening of Friday, March 14, 2003 and the evening of Thursday, March 20, 2003.

§  With the assistance of a Notre Dame alum and Rocket Scientist, I was able to navigate select aspects of continued mob actions I was subjected to, that are numerous and ridiculous – especially with the continued fog of war and acrimony from several different parties – including, but not limited to natives of Oak Lawn and Ireland, respectively – which further reinforces the relevance of several questions I have written about related to the October 27, 2011 homicide of Kelli O’Laughlin as its abundantly-evident that same homicide was an organized event.

§  There are several catalysts related to the unrelenting-coverage, analysis and questions that I have been providing related to the O’Lauglin homicide/assassination as its been my first-hand experience both personally and professionally that select-family, select-colleagues, select-friends and select-acquaintances can be a tremendous cancer – especially when select-parties begin to spread misinformation and other falsehoods.

Perhaps, the b.s. started with a CPD Loyalty Test with our mom and our dad?

She passed the CPD loyalty test.

Instead of our dad rewarding our mom’s loyalty – he treated our mom very well until he began disrespecting me and our faith as well as our heritage – let alone the Chicago Police Department.

Our dad was very fortunate to receive our mom’s loyalty as he is not a product of a parochial, Catholic School Education, nor did he attend a Catholic High School.

During 2009 as I was attempting to defend myself in Cook County’s 5^th District – Judge Peter A. Felice informed me that if I were to lose a Motion to Quash Arrest hearing – he would place me into immediate custody.  While I am not an attorney, I am clearly aware that Judge Peter A. Felice’s actions was a continuation of mob action our family had already been subjected to – including, but not limited to the false arrest, mob action and torture (while handcuffed) that I was subjected to the evening of February 23, 2009.
